I ordered today, what happens next?

You will receive a receipt upon checking out. The tracking information will be sent via email as soon as your order ships.

When will my order ship?

Most orders placed before 2:00 pm Eastern Standard Time Monday-Thursday and before 12 noon on Friday will ship the same day (excluding Holidays and weekends). 

Expedited shipping options (Next Day or 2 Day) are available at checkout. You may also use your UPS or FedEx account for shipping. Simply choose the applicable option and enter your account number in the space provided.

We do our very best to ship orders the same day they are received but cannot guarantee it due to Holidays, carrier pick-up delays, or changes in carrier schedules. 

What are the differences between the types of grommets and grommet machines you sell?

It is recommended to use the same brand of Grommet Machine, Die, and Grommets to achieve the best set. Grommets are not generally interchangeable between brands. If you are not sure which brand of grommet to purchase, please contact our sales office via email or by phone and one of our sales representatives will assist you.

ClipsShop BGTEP-XL
The ClipsShop BGTEP-XL grommet machine is a perfect hand-press grommet setting machine for home or professional use. Low cost and easy to use. Using hammers became ancient history when the ClipsShop BGTEP-XL grommet machine was made. It sets sizes #00x, #0, #1, #2, and #3 with the corresponding grommet setting die. 

ClipsShop CSTEP-2
The ClipsShop CSTEP-2 hand press grommet machine is the most commonly ordered machine we sell. It has a 5" deep throat design to set grommets further from the edge of the material. The ClipsShop CSTEP-2's long handle and interchangeable dies make this machine easy to use and very versatile. It sets all sizes of ClipsShop grommets and Plastic grommets with the corresponding grommet setting die. 

Stimpson 405 Grommet Machine
Stimpson's grommet machine has a lightweight aluminum frame and sets size #0, #1, #2, & #3 Self-Piercing Grommets and Washers. 

Stimpson 479 Grommet Machine
Model 479 is a hand-feed footpress machine and is ideal where production space is limited. Extremely versatile, the Model 479's die sets are quickly interchangeable and the machine can be used to set most Stimpson fasteners. The price includes your choice of one Stimpson die.

Grommets
Self Piercing Grommets pierce and set in one step. They eliminate the need to pre-punch the hole in your material prior to setting the grommet.  A variety of sizes, neck lengths, and colors are available.  Brass, Nickel, Black Oxide, Antique Brass, Satin Nickel, and Clear are some of the finishes we offer. Self Piercing Grommets come in the following sizes: #00x 11/64", #0 1/4'', #1 5/16'', #2 3/8'', #2LN 3/8'', #3 7/16'', #3LN 7/16'', #4 1/2", #5.5 11/16", #7.5 1", #12 1 1/2" and 12mm plastic grommets.  

Grommet Dies
The Grommet Die fits into the grommet machine and holds the grommet in place to set it.

ClipsShop dies come in the following sizes: #00x 11/64", #0 1/4'', #1 5/16'', #2 3/8'', #3 7/16'', #4 1/2", #5.5 11/16'', #7.5 1", #12 1 1/2".

Stimpson dies come in the following sizes: #0 1/4'', #1 5/16'', #2 3/8'', and #3 7/16''.

Plastic grommet dies are made to set the 12mm plastic grommets.

All dies are long-lasting and made of high-quality materials and work with their corresponding grommet size and machine.

We also have Hole Piercing/Cutter dies for the ClipsShop machines.

I'm not sure what size/brand of grommets to order, can I get samples?
It is recommended that you use the same brand of Grommet Machine, Die, and Grommets to achieve the best set. If you are not sure which brand to order, please contact us via email or by phone and one of our sales representatives will assist you.

We are glad to send a few sample grommets for you to test with your equipment. Please use the contact us link to email or call us for samples 772-388-9691. You may also send photos of your grommet machine and/or die so that we can review them to determine compatibility with our grommet brands. Email photos and information to [email protected]

What materials can your grommets be used with?
Our grommets are self-piercing and can be set in one step into many materials including fabrics, plastics, banners, canvas, vinyl, and paper. Thicker materials may require a long neck grommet. How do I find out the prices of the items I want?
Prices for machines are listed on the home page. If you are interested in a machine with accessories, click on the machine you are interested in, make the required selections, and add the item to the cart. The total cost will be calculated in the shopping cart.

To get prices for grommets and dies, select the brand of grommets or die you are interested in and you can view the prices in the drop-down menu next to the corresponding size, finish, and quantity.
