Our Grommet Machines are guaranteed to be free of manufactures defects for a period of 1 yr.

2) Ordering
Your order may be placed using our online shopping cart, e-mailed, fax, or via our phone number. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Money Order, Diner's Club, Enroute, JCB or Checks.

3) Order Conformations
Once you place an order at Buygrommets.com you will receive a receipt at the time of order and also receive an order conformation within 24 business hours with a Tracking Number

4) Errors/Omissions
Please check the order immediately upon receipt. Any errors or missing items must be reported to us within 15 days of receipt to be rectified.

5) Shipping
We will ship via the method or carrier of our best judgment unless otherwise specified. Most orders are shipped by UPS or U.S. Postal Service. Orders shipped to countries outside the United States may be subject to duties, taxes, VAT, etc. Buyer is responsible for those costs and any other fees that may be applied when importing goods into their country.

In the event we are unable to provide an actual image of a product, Sign Designs, Inc. reserves the right to substitute a similar image for the one described in the product information. While Signs Designs, Inc. tries in good faith to make sure the information in our ‘store’ and information published at our website is accurate, we are not responsible for typographical errors or technical inaccuracies. All returns must be received within 15 days of purchase, no C.O.D. returns will be accepted. Any Grommet Machine or Die that is defective due to material or manufacturer defects will be accepted for return/replacement during the warranty period. The CSPIC-2 & PMS 060 Pneumatic grommet machines are subject to a 20% restocking fee and must be returned securely packaged in the original box/packaging. Grommet returns will only be accepted in un-opened packages. Any order being returned that was initially shipped by BuyGrommets.com with the Free Shipping option will be credited minus the actual shipping and handling cost paid by BuyGrommets.com. We do not pay the shipping costs for a return. Please click the link in this section and complete the required information. A Return Material Authorization number and instructions will be emailed to you within 24 - 48 hours. Returns will not be credited without a Return Material Authorization number.

We reserve the right to refuse any return based on the following:
- We will not accept the return of used products. Items must be in new/unused condition when received back.
- Items returned more than 15 days after purchase
- Items returned without a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number

Changes to orders
You can only make changes or cancel your order within 2 hours from the time the order is placed. Most products ship same or next day after ordered and these orders can usually only be changed within 2 hours from the time the order is placed. If you need to add to an order that you placed more than 24 hours ago; you will need to place another order or contact our office and we may be able to accommodate your request.

8) Important
Neither seller nor manufacturer shall be liable for any injury, loss or damage, direct or consequential, arising out of the use of or the inability to use the product. Before using, user shall determine the suitability of the product for his or her intended use and user assumes all risk and liability whatsoever in connection therewith.

A note about the Fair Credit Billing Act. Under this act, your bank limits your total loss and cannot hold you liable for more than fifty dollars of reported fraudulent charges. In the event your card is used in a fraudulent manner, you must notify your bank or card issuer immediately and in accordance with its reporting rules and procedures.

We encourage you to feel comfortable using your credit card to conduct commerce on our site. If you wish, you may also send us a U.S. Postal Money Order (only) or a personal checks. Personal checks will delay your order as we must wait for your funds to clear before we ship any merchandise.

*Please allow an additional 7-10 business days for shipping of your merchandise if paid by personal check. To order by check, just print the order form with your shopping cart contents from the order confirmation page and complete the necessary fields, then mail the form to the address above.

10) What About Cookies?

11) Return/Exchange Policy And Limited Warranty

All products come with a 1 year limited warranty on defects in materials and workmanship. Any product(s) that are being returned for these reasons must be returned with an RMA (see above).

If any product(s) should need to be returned due to arriving damaged, a claim is to be filed by us with the corresponding shipping courier in order to receive reimbursements for the damaged item(s). If this should occur, the damaged item(s) must remain at the original ship to location on the shipping label that was affixed to the box by our company. The damaged item(s) can not to be shipped back to Buygrommets.com until authorized by a representative from our office. If any product(s) that have arrived damaged are returned back to our warehouse before one of our representatives have had the opportunity to determine if the damage was done by the shipping courier, we will not be responsible for any credits or refunds to the customer(s).

All products come with a 1 year limited warranty on defects in materials and workmanship. If we determine there may be a defect, we will authorize the return for inspection. Do not return products to our factory without our prior consent. All COD shipments will be refused. Buygrommets.com, at its option, will replace the unit, replace the defective part(s), and return such unit(s) to the customer(s). Our sole obligation and your exclusive remedy under this warranty shall be limited to such replacement.

Limitations and exclusions: this warranty does not apply to regular wear and tear due to use, or any damage caused by misuse. Machines are engineered to perform as they are made. Modifications of any kind void this warranty. In addition, the foregoing warranty shall not apply to serial numbered products if the serial number has been removed, defaced, or tampered with in any way; products subject to negligence, accident, improper operation, maintenance or storage; products damaged by circumstance beyond Buygrommets.com control; or products modified (including, but not limited to, modifications through the use of unauthorized parts or attachments) or repaired by third party centers not authorized by Buygrommets.com specifically.

The foregoing warranty is exclusive and in lieu of all other warranties, expressed or implied, including without limitation the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. It shall not extend beyond the duration of the express warranty provided herein, and the remedy for violations of any warranty shall be limited to repair or replacement of the defective product(s) pursuant to the terms contained herein.
